A UK-trained doctor from Osler Health<\/a>, Dr Khistriya brings extensive clinical experience around women\u2019s health specifically. Decoded Talk: The True Building Blocks of Longevity for Women<\/strong>\u00a0is a 20-minute deep-dive into female longevity, complete with practical tips to take away, so come ready to learn, listen and engage.<\/p>\n

Think of somatic movement as a conscious practice with gentle grounding movements that reduce tension and encourage relaxation. It\u2019s not about how you look or whether you can perfect a movement, so trust your body and see how each move makes you feel.<\/p>\n

After reconnecting with your body, get cosy for a 45-minute Sacred Sound Journey<\/strong> with the founder of NAMO Sanctuary, Noelia Madiedo<\/a>. Known as a pioneering force in sound healing, Noelia will guide you on an immersive soundscape using handcrafted and Paiste planetary gongs. The goal? Releasing any deep-seated emotions, realigning your energy and feeling more relaxed.<\/p>\n
