Savour mains like the nyonya beef rendang ($28, slow-cooked till fork-tender, paired with rice that soaks up every bit of sauce; or the sambal stingray rice plate that packs a spicy punch ($16). Then there\u2019s the tea garden soba ($16): a lighter \u2014 but no less sumptuous \u2014 option if you want something savoury but not heavy.<\/p>\n
