And it has quickly gained a following for its smooth sips and 500ml servings made with 100% Uji matcha. There was just the right amount sweetness from the strawberry, which complemented the matcha beautifully while still letting its verdant, umami notes shine through. We love.<\/p>\n<h3>Classic matcha latte: 4.5\/5<\/h3>\n<p>A clean, smooth cuppa with a hint of umami. We\u2019d take a cup of this freshly whisked<strong> matcha latte ($7.90)<\/strong> from Creamie Sippies any day. And did we mention the generous portion size? This <strong>Uji mokomaru matcha latte ($11.90)<\/strong> tastes like a stronger (and slightly sweeter) version of the former, topped with a creamy and milky ice cream. Photography: Samantha Lek<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The<strong> banana pudding matcha latte ($9.90)<\/strong> consists of a freshly whisked matcha poured over milk, topped with two scoops of banana pudding and a Biscoff biscuit. Here\u2019s our honest take: while this is Creamie Sippies\u2019 most viral matcha drink, the version we tasted from this pop-up store surprisingly wasn\u2019t our favourite. We think it wasn&#8217;t quite on par with the banana pudding matcha lattes we&#8217;ve tried at the brand&#8217;s cafe outlets.<\/p>\n<p>The banana pudding was incredible on its own (you can get a cup for $7.60), and the matcha latte was delectable as usual.
