But what stole the show were the playful Fran\u00e7ois\u2019 langurs and other primates, who made their home among the cliffs. I was also awestruck by the sight of people scaling the limestone cliffs, which was part of the park\u2019s activities (more on these in a bit!). If you have a fear of heights like I do, fret not: you can simply head to the observation deck for a closer look at the primates instead.<\/p>\n<h3>The Outpost: Take five with a view<\/h3>\n<p><strong>The Outpost<\/strong> is the ideal pitstop to take a breather. Is it too soon to take a break? Probably. But the sweeping forest views proved too tempting to resist. So, my crew and I found ourselves relaxing for a few minutes. But the <strong>Forest Floor<\/strong> holds its own treasures. It\u2019s home to animals like the mouse deer and Philippine spotted deer, and if you\u2019re lucky enough (and quiet enough), you might spot them darting between the foliage. Oh, and did I mention that the park recently welcomed its first Philippine spotted deer fawn? I spent time watching it prowl around from the elevated walkway.
