We lucked out with a seat facing Tanjong Pagar and settled in for the Vivo Business Lunch ($48++), which promises a three-course power meal in under an hour. But honestly? Take your time.<\/p>\n<p>After a comforting bowl of miso soup, we opted for the wagyu beef tataki (+$5) to start \u2013 silky, savoury, and elevated with crispy quinoa and a bold truffle ponzu. We also tried the spicy sushi roll, which was surprisingly filling with its trio of tuna, white fish, and salmon, topped with a spicy kimchi sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Midway through, our server nudged us (okay, convinced us) to try the Samba Taquitos platter (+$22). Zero regrets. These bite-sized, crispy tacos were packed with flavour \u2013 our favourites were the lobster with tartar and yuzu, and the yellowtail with white miso and lime.<\/p>\n<p>For mains, we went with the Chilean sea bass (+$15). It leaned a little sweet for our liking, but the sushi roll (salmon, avocado, cucumber, spicy aji panca) made up for it.
