Are VR workouts and wellness metaverse the future of fitness?<\/h3>\n<p>The digital era of fitness continues to make its mark in 2023. Just look at all the high-tech <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/singapore\/fitness-trackers-health-gadgets\/\">fitness tracking devices<\/a> and smart exercise equipment launching in the market.
