Bar bites include heritage crackers, which are a mix of bitternut crackers, prawn crackers and fish crackers served with house sambal belachan; eggplant pakar with caramelised crab belado and egg strands; and pork belly skewers with black pepper watermelon and fish sauce caramel. You can also get the classic kueh pie tee with filling options like lobster, pulled duck or sambal mushroom.<\/p>\n<p>Dropping by with a big crew? Order up the sharing plates. Bibi\u2019s pork ribs are made with 24-hour simmered Hokkaido pork ribs, homemade kecap manis and house sambal (you can get these in half rack or full rack portions).
