Well-loved for perfecting the art of a good brownie, the brand\u2019s fans return time and again for these decadent bites that never fail to warrant seconds \u2013 diet be damned.<\/p>\n<p>The owner of Lucia Cakes went from banking to baking, and trained in classical French patisserie at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cordonbleu.edu\/london\/home\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">London\u2019s Le Cordon Bleu<\/a>. Fun fact: when she started her brand, the name was inspired by her grandmother\u2019s hometown of St Lucia\u2019s Lane in Colombo.
