One highlight is the exclusive access to a support area, where you\u2019ll get a rare behind-the-scenes perspective of shark feeding operations at the Shark Seas habitat. Watch the Animal Care Specialists deliver food and touch real shark specimens during the experience. The morning session includes a viewing of the broadcast feeding (though you won\u2019t actually see the sharks feed during this time), while the afternoon one includes a viewing of the target feeding, and dive feedings depend on the schedule.<\/p>\n

Plus, everyone leaves with items like a shark species identification postcard and an exclusive Dunkleosteus plush keychain. Sessions are priced at $39 per pax and conducted twice daily in English at 9.30am and 1.30pm (except Wednesdays, which only host the 1.30pm session).<\/p>\n

Oh, and some of the meats are spirit-aged in whiskey, rum or bourbon for more depth and complexity in flavour.<\/p>\n

Must-try dishes include roasted French scallop with an incredible housemade dry-aged beef XO sauce, charcoal-grilled ox tongue skewers, and the vodka baba paired with a ginger apricot compote and yuzu sorbet.<\/p>\n

3. No cooking skills? No problem<\/h3>\n

Ahead of the awards ceremony later this month, the annual list released the 51-100 ranking, featuring seven Singaporean bars. BOP (Bartenders of Pony<\/a>) leads the pack at #52, followed by Side Door (#57), The Elephant Room (#58), Native (#80), Cat Bite Club (#86), Bar Bon Funk (#90), and Stay Gold Flamingo (#97). 9. National Gallery goes pop, pop, pop!<\/h3>\n

National Gallery Singapore<\/a> will unveil the largest Pop Art group exhibition in Southeast Asia at the end of the year. Highlights include works by Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, Ming Wong, Manit Sriwanichpoom, Antipas Delotavo, and more, spanning paintings, sculptures, prints, installations, and moving image works. The blockbuster exhibition runs from 11 December 2026 to 4 April 2027. 10. A new dining platform launches in Singapore<\/h3>\n

A new dining platform, Savour Life<\/a>, launches in Singapore, intending to unite chefs from distinct culinary crafts as a themed monthly series of collaborative dinners. The team behind the platform intends for it to grow from a series of pop-ups into a community of like-minded diners, and eventually to become Singapore’s most trusted curator of culinary experiences.<\/p>\n

Savour Life debuts on 13 August 2026 with its inaugural collaboration, pairing chef Kenjiro “Hatch” Hashida with chef Drew Nocente, chef-founder of Il Toro and Cenzo. The one-night-only dinner will take place at Il Toro, with seats open for reservation from 30 July 2026.<\/p>\n

The month-long programme involves galleries across the country presenting exhibitions featuring local, regional, and international artists, along with artist talks and walkthroughs led by curators, artists, and gallerists.
