Founder Irene Hoofs left her hometown, Amsterdam, in 1997 and travelled the globe before planting her roots in Singas. She set up the <a href=\"https:\/\/bloesem.blogs.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bloesem Living<\/a> blog in 2006, causing the Internet to explode with beautiful images of quintessential Dutch designs brimming with thoughtfulness and elegance, way before Pinterest came along.
