{"id":17612,"date":"2014-02-15T14:51:19","date_gmt":"2014-02-15T06:51:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thehoneycombers.com\/singapore\/?p=17612"},"modified":"2014-02-15T14:51:19","modified_gmt":"2014-02-15T06:51:19","slug":"chocolate-lava-cake-recipe-in-ramekins-festive-dining-honeycombers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/singapore\/chocolate-lava-cake-recipe-in-ramekins-festive-dining-honeycombers\/","title":{"rendered":"Hot Cross Choc Pots"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients (Makes 5 x 150ml capacity ramekins)<!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><i>For the sauce<br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 1\/2 tbsp cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>40g brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>250ml hot water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i>For the pudding<br \/>\n<\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>20g butter, chopped<\/li>\n<li>65g unsweetened black chocolate<\/li>\n<li>80ml milk<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>70g caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>85g self-raising flour<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tbsp cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 tsp salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour all the sauce ingredients in a large bowl, mix well then set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir and mix the butter, chocolate and milk until the butter and chocolate have melted smoothly. \u00a0Remove chocolate mixture from heat to cool slightly.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat oven to 180C \/ 356F.<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the castor sugar until the sugar is melted. Then proceed to mix in the vanilla extract.<\/li>\n<li>Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and then pour in the chocolate mixture which you prepared earlier.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the batter evenly individual ceramic cups\/mini pots. Pop them into the oven for about 20 minutes, or until firm. 8 minutes into the baking time, reduce the oven temperature to 170C \/ 335F.<\/li>\n<li>Take out the chocolate pots and let them stand to cool.<\/li>\n<li>Pour store-bought white frosting into a frosting bag with a nozzle, and then make firm white crosses on top of the chocolate pots.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The best part?
