This March, they heard our pleas for more outdoor yoga events in Singapore, and introduced not one, but two wonderful weekends (8-9 March, 15-16 March) of yoga on their rooftop space \u2013 Score! So, it\u2019s no biggie if you couldn\u2019t spare the time last week, just make sure you clear out your calendar for this week\u2019s final session.<\/p>\n<p>Lead by the charismatic and joyous Daksha, a certified Yoga instructor from the US, you can expect casual, soulful yoga sessions in NONG\u2019s relaxing rooftop space on People\u2019s Park Complex.<\/p>\n<p>Folks who are interested in exploring their inner creative being can sign up for Saturday\u2019s Kripalu + Art yoga sessions (15 March, Sat, 10-11am), which will teach you nifty breathing practices that help you better harness your internal creative forces. By tapping into your Yoga flow, and maintaining these breathing exercises, you\u2019ll then try your hand at expressing your emotions through paints and colours, fun!<\/p>\n<p>Armed with experience in yoga and looking for a more challenging session? Daksha\u2019s Sunday Hatha yoga sessions (16 March, Sun, 10-11am) will tick all the right boxes.
