Feasting at The Pelican is a joyous affair \u2013 you can get everything from grilled seafood platters to quality steaks and even your fancy Sunday Champagne brunch. With a breathtaking view of the MBS, you\u2019re getting more bang for your buck so call all your friends and dine alfresco at this charming establishment. Sharing dishes like the Signature Grilled Seafood platter will kick off your meal nicely and by night, watch the bar come alive as you and your friends enjoy unique house cocktails including the Pelican, a mixture of Ketel One Vodka, Grand Marnier, sparkling Chandon wine, Giffard Apricot, pink grapefruit and raspberry.

Now this is the place to chill. We\u2019re into the nautical vibes at Bayswater Kitchen, which sits pretty at the Marina, Keppel Bay and is impeccably styled. It\u2019s all coastal chic here, but we\u2019re particularly fond of the ping pong table and retro string art. Relaxing by the water makes us want to feast on fresh seafood, natch. Freshly shucked Irish oysters and whipped cod\u2019s roe are a good start, and we think we\u2019ve found the best fish and chips in town here. But the star is the Fisherman\u2019s Feast: handmade linguine, lobster, prawns and seasonal fish in the most comforting seafood stock. Want to make the moment last? Ahhh, check out that sparkling view. But heads up: Prive isn’t just a date night spot. If you’re looking to take the kids out for a treat, Prive at ACM hits the sweet spot thanks to its toddler-friendly toys, family friendly menu and all those cakes on display. It\u2019s located within the Asian Civilisations Museum, so make time to tour of the\u00a0 exhibits before settling here for a mid-day refuel. Mains are affordable and there\u2019s plenty of variety too. Best of all, you get to relax and enjoy a view of the Singapore River.

Summerlong is the latest baby of the group behind Neon Pigeon and Fat Prince, and the menu here is modern Mediterranean: and we’re partial to breakfast spread and the Persian Fried Chicken. Go Mexican at this contemporary restaurant and bar located at Customs House. Yes, this means a stunning view of the bay area: pop in at night when you get to appreciate the lights from MBS as well. If you’re already a fan of sister restaurants Superloco at Robertson Quay and Lucha Loco in Duxton Hill, you’ll appreciate the fun vibes, familar tacos, quesadillas and those churros, but the larger style dishes are mainly for sharing so holler for all your buddies to join. At a place like this, it\u2019s definitely the more the merrier.

Pizza, gourmet wraps and Mediterranean grill? That\u2019s how we like to do relaxed family lunches at Sentosa Cove. Miska also does all-day breakfast from 8.30am to 5pm daily so the late-risers won\u2019t lose out on their haloumi and eggs. Looking for happy hour? From 3pm to 5pm Miska offers five bottles for $25, for every $25 worth of food purchase. Worth the jaunt to Sentosa Cove for the view of the waterfront and the beautiful yachts.

This contemporary Japanese restaurant\u00a0 in Customs House isn\u2019t exactly by the water, but with its full-length glass windows, the view of MBS and the bay is unparalleled. Plus, you get to dine in air-conditioned comfort \u2013 absolutely nothing to complain about. The menu is a good mix of traditional and unique Japanese offerings, but we\u2019re definitely fans of their to-die-for Wagyu Foie Gras Donburi (it literally melts in your mouth). And if you\u2019re looking to extend your night out, head upstairs to the rooftop bar for more drinks and good fun.

Easties alert \u2013 here\u2019s a waterfront restaurant with loads of charm. Having bagged a Gold award in the Design Excellence Awards 2016, Meyer House is one fine venue that breathes colonial grandeur. Overlooking Changi Beach, it\u2019s also a great place for gatherings and private events at the outdoor section. There\u2019s a decent selection of mains and sharing plates, and a wide range of cocktails and spirits to end your magical night with.

Fans of seafood will find themselves in heaven at East Coast Seafood Centre. Cooling breezes and a waterfront view set the scene for a major feast at this stretch of restaurants.\u00a0Long Beach, in particular, does a mouth-watering rendition of the iconic chilli crab and we love the idea of feasting on seafood by the sea. This place continues to get livelier at night: grab a table outside for a great view of the sunset.

As one of Singapore\u2019s most iconic beach clubs, you can be sure to enjoy good food and great times here. Did you know you can even get brunch items on weekends and public holidays? The club is largely known for its lively parties but that doesn\u2019t mean you can\u2019t grab a book and just chill. For those feeling lazy, be sure to head for the daybeds that offer an unobstructed view of the sea \u2013 fastest legs first.

Dreaming of a sun-filled Hawaiian getaway? Well, Hawaii may be halfway across the globe but if you pop by Ola Beach Club at Siloso Beach Walk, it\u2019s about as authentic as it can get here in Singapore. The menu includes staples such as Loco Moco, Ahi Poke and Hawaiian Shave Ice, but the best of the lot are probably the Ola Tiki cocktails. Decorated like pieces of flamboyant art, these colourful concoctions are as unique as their names \u2013 who wants an Ola Huli Pau! And if you\u2019re not the kind to chill by the beach after a meal, you can get your thrills with the water sport activities Ola offers. There’s even a jet pack. Seriously.

Tapas dishes are both fiery and chilled; the paella is on point, and there\u2019s a whole lot of BBQ items and sizzling bites to choose from. Top it off with drinks by the pool deck and soak in the view of the sea \u2013 alfresco has never been done better.

Spaghetti Vongole and Spicy Wings by the sea? Yes please. Classic cocktails and beers are also available if you\u2019re looking for a laid-back place to grab some drinks with your pals.
