Great. Stories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell us about your past life before you joined the hospitality scene\u2026?<\/strong><br \/>\nI was previously a planner at a creative agency. While I loved the adrenaline of it, the work was often transient; campaigns could last for as short as three months.<\/p>\n<p>I was drawn to the hospitality industry because of the opportunity to work on lasting concepts. There are few industries that are so much a part of our daily lives; the ability to shape this is honestly a privilege.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Lo &amp; Behold Group is known for its quirky and tongue-in-cheek branding <\/strong>\u2013<strong> where does the inspiration come from?<\/strong><br \/>\nIdentifying the stories behind a place and sharing them in a meaningful, sometimes irreverent way, is what we do best.<\/p>\n<p>Take Po, at The Warehouse Hotel. With the space&#8217;s history, a Singaporean restaurant was a natural extension. The name, Po, was a play on the Mandarin word for grandmother, <em>po po<\/em>, and a nod to her signature dish, the popiah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are you most proud of?<\/strong><br \/>\nMy #lobehoes (marketing team). I&#8217;ve seen them grow, fight, learn and create together. After experimenting with different cuts of beef, cooking styles and even cow breeds, we created this best seller dish!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restaurants in The Lo &amp; Behold Group all boast gorgeous interiors and decor. How do you think this adds on to guests\u2019 dining experience?<\/strong><br \/>\nDining at The White Rabbit feels like an escape to a wonderland \u2013 there\u2019s no place like it in the city.
