One of our favourite things to do in Singapore, just like the rest of you, is to indulge in a fabulous, luxury staycation. It\u2019s the easiest way to get some real rest and relaxation without having to actually get on a plane. Of course, you can always stay with your main squeeze, but for us, there\u2019s nothing as fun as hitting a top hotel with our BFF and indulging not only in the food, booze and pool but also in taking some fabulous pics for our Instagram accounts.<\/p>\n

So, we decided to get two of Singapore\u2019s top models – the amazingly striking Nametha<\/a> (who was just on Asia\u2019s Next Top Model) and one of our favourite up-and-coming actresses Jasmine Sim<\/a> (who is starring in a new Singapore movie very soon with Fann Wong!) – to hang out for a fab faux staycation day.<\/p>\n

You need lots and lots of swimwear<\/h3>\n

Don\u2019t just take one bikini or swimsuit on your staycation. Not only do you want to take a bunch of cool photos – and look different – it\u2019s also great not to be sitting around in wet swimmers. We totally LOVE the pool at The Westin Singapore; it\u2019s super minimalist in style with an amazing infinity edge that appears to go right off into the highrise buildings around the hotel. It\u2019s also got these great recliners actually IN the water that come complete with bubble jets.<\/p>\n

The easiest way to dress for a fab staycation with the girls is to combine your swimsuit with some handy coverups. Shorts are a great way to give you a bit of extra coverage while you\u2019re brunching<\/a> and hide your after-eating tummy too. If you\u2019re looking for something that\u2019s a bit more dressy, a loose caftan or linen dress works perfectly. Add some glamorous heels and lots of jewellery to increase the bling.<\/p>\n
