And if you have no qualms getting your hands dirty digging into these coveted crustaceans, you’ll be happy to know that the alfresco dining restaurant<\/a>, also known for its authentic Singaporean dishes<\/a>, will be expanding its repertoire of crab dishes for its Festival of Crab available ’til 31 July.<\/p>\n

On the crab-tastic menu, you\u2019ll find classics like chilli as well as black pepper crab, along with more unconventional crab dishes like glass noodles and Chinese wine crab. If you can’t get enough of salted egg, get messy with the salted egg and crispy yam crab which features a generous amount of creamy golden goodness along with crispy yam sticks. Crab lovers who prefer a less-is-more approach can opt instead for the butter and garlic crab \u2013 a simpler dish that pairs sweet Sri Lankan crab with cloves or garlic and butter.<\/p>\n
