Another culinary icon has finally made his way to Singapore! In the foodie enclave of Dempsey Hill<\/a>, you\u2019ll find Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten\u2019s Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar \u2013 the Michelin-starred chef\u2019s first foray into Singapore\u2019s dining scene<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This open-concept kitchen in COMO Dempsey focuses on communal dining and will feature a menu personally crafted by Chef Jean-Georges. Naturally, you\u2019ll find the chef’s signatures\u00a0here like the\u00a0egg-accented mushroom pizza, the prosciutto wrapped pork chop, and the absolutely decadent molten chocolate cake (yes, this is the man who invented it by accident all the way back in 1987!). You\u2019ll also find a section dedicated to caviar dishes on the menu, another specialty\u00a0of the chef.<\/p>\n
