Run by the same folks behind <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/singapore\/middle-eastern-restaurants-in-singapore-we-review-fat-prince-at-peck-seah-street-in-tanjong-pagar\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fat Prince<\/a> and The Ottoman Room, Neon Pigeon continues to soar with its quirky and fusion-esque take on Japanese-inspired tapas. Also on our radar is the sous vide octopus leg, served with black plum vinegar, a confit garlic puree and sweet soy sauce; and the charcoal-grilled barracuda that comes completely deboned. Vegetarians will dig the Vegetables That Stand alone, a dish consisting of celery, pickled vegetables, and wok-tossed green beans.
