Happening at Amoy Street\u2019s Ding Dong \u2013 known for its playful, elevated twists on Southeast Asian cuisine \u2013 this kitchen \u2018brawl\u2019 pits its Assistant Head Chef, Miller Mai, against other mod-Sin masterminds. You\u2019ll be the judge in this six-course dinner that\u2019s chock-full of surprises.<\/p>\n
