Its two offerings \u2013 Botanico and Bee&#8217;s Knees \u2013 offer guests distinct experiences. The former, a bistro, offers contemporary dishes from a \u201cseasonality-driven menu\u201d put together by Spanish-born Chef Antonio Oviedo.
