Of course we had to try both, and personally we recommend the beach villas &#8211; as there is nothing quite like waking up and taking a stroll on that white white sand.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d22ir9aoo7cbf6.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2013\/11\/Maldives-Six-Senses-Laamu-Laamu_Water_Villa_aerial_SMALL1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-11873 lazyload\" alt=\"maldives six senses\" data-src=\"https:\/\/d22ir9aoo7cbf6.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2013\/11\/Maldives-Six-Senses-Laamu-Laamu_Water_Villa_aerial_SMALL1.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"479\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 640px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 640\/479;\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Six Senses Spa is absolutely divine and one of the best that the Maldives has to offer. Diving and snorkeling in the surrounding coral reefs is also superb and we highly recommend taking one of the resort\u2019s private boats out for a sunset cruise and watching the dolphins swim alongside. We were lucky enough to see dophins from the bar while sipping on our sundowners. While Six Senses Laamu is a fantastic resort for couples due to the privacy of the villas, it\u2019s also great for families with a special play Den \u2013 supervised at all times for kids of all ages to enjoy.
