The stellar line-up is a veritable who\u2019s who of the culinary world: expect chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants like The Hand and Flowers (London), Can Fabes (Barcelona), Bo Innovation (Hong Kong), and the award-winning Mozaic (Bali).
