We recommend coming in the morning when the sun is shining for the perfect lighting to snap Instagram-worthy food shots. The curated 10-course menu immerses you in the French countryside, served <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/singapore\/communal-dining-in-singapore-restaurants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communal-style<\/a>, which is great for sharing. If you&#8217;re still feeling hungry, you can re-order your favourite dishes!<\/p>\n<p>On our visit, we tucked into plates made with local produce, including a fantastically umami mushroom dish with ingredients straight from Singapore-born mushroom farm, Golden Cap Farm. We especially loved the hearty and filling signature crispy chicken leg, and the fresh barramundi, which was served with a delicious beurre noisette. We rounded off the experience with free-flow prosecco and spent hours chatting about life. Summer Hill&#8217;s brunch trolley combines French fare presented in its classic dim sum-style trolley service that has the restaurant packed to the brim on weekends. The menu refreshes every few months, but the allure of never-ending small plates is forever.<\/p>\n<p>Our brunch started with samples of each dish to be shared, and we ordered additional portions of our favourites afterwards. Tip: don&#8217;t make the same mistake we did by filling up on bread before all the courses. One of our fave spots, Super Loco, puts out an amazing <a href=\"https:\/\/thehoneycombers.com\/singapore\/mexican-restaurants-singapore\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mexican<\/a> brunch that&#8217;ll transport you straight to the beaches of Tulum. We just had to check it out, so we dove in on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Tip: sit by the fans because you&#8217;ll be sweating it out by the river.<\/p>\n<p>On the menu, you&#8217;ll find the usual tacos, burritos and quesadillas. But since you&#8217;re here for brunch, we recommend the Mexican eggs Benedict. Think runny poached eggs sitting pretty on a toasted English muffin with pulled chipotle beef. The Super Brekkie burrito is another winner &#8211; we loved how it was packed with pork chorizo, eggs, refried black beans, hash brown, and all the flavourful goodies. We ended on a deliciously sweet note with crispy churros dipped in Mexican chocolate sauce.<\/p>\n<p>P.S. no Mexican fiesta is complete without a margarita, so don&#8217;t miss out on the two-hour free-flow booze deal.
