Hell yes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Serving up (arguably) some of the finest bread in Singapore, we are huge fans of its artisanal approach towards baking. What makes its bread so special? We reckon the selected flours, natural leaven, natural fermentation, and fresh baking definitely have something to do with it!<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> The variety of breads available range from traditional french creations (like sourdough, rye, and monge) to international loaves such as Italian ciabatta, Japanese Pain de mie, and even Turkish ekmek. A carb overload is inevitable, brace yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[hc_component id=&#8221;105224&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Save some space for the sweet stuff; the array of pastries whipped up here are the perfect accompaniment to that mid-afternoon cuppa. From eclairs and rainbow-hued macarons, to lemon, chocolate, or pistachio filled tarts.
