1. Michelin starred grub<\/b><\/h3>\n

Now that Michelin has landed in Singapore and sprinkled its foodie fairy dust island-wide, you\u2019ll be hard-pressed to get a reservation at any of those awarded a coveted star. Lucky for us, the team behind Waku Ghin and CUT, both of which bagged an elusive star, will be dishing up plates off the highest quality grub at affordable prices. This year, top culinary talent from award-winning American restaurant Yardbird Southern Table & Bar will be debuting its hearty southern cuisine; think fried chicken, waffles, and fried green tomato BLTs. Alternatively, be sure to check out the Michelin starred, Macau-based Golden Peacock restaurant. Serving up signature dishes including poached farm chicken and shrimp in Chinese yellow wine, and grilled lamb skewers with chilli and cumin, we reckon this is a must-try.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Celebrity chefs galore<\/b><\/h3>\n
