Presented by the National Arts Council, the festival aims to provide young people aged 35 and below a platform to express their creativity and talent through original works. What\u2019s more, this year\u2019s festival sees five\u00a0intriguing collaborations that are paving the way\u00a0for progress within the lively youth arts scene in Singapore.
