Start off with a brunch staple that does no wrong \u2013 a plate of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon; the salmon is cured in-house for two days with salt, sugar, spices and herbs, so expect a rich, concentrated flavour from this tantalising offering. Seafood connoisseurs can also dig into small bites like freshly shucked oysters, apple-cured salmon sashimi, and grilled Japanese squid, or even a plum tomato ceviche if you fancy Latino aromas.<\/p>\n
