Contract: 4.5 month maternity cover, late-August 2026 to early-January 2027, full-time in Singapore<\/p>\n

We’re looking for an experienced editor to lead the Honeycombers Singapore editorial team while our Editor is on maternity leave. You’ll own the day-to-day running of the desk: driving the content calendar, editing and publishing across platforms, managing a small team of writers, and working closely with our sales, branded content, and design teams to keep editorial and commercial priorities aligned.<\/p>\n

This is a hands-on role for someone who can hit the ground running: equal parts editor, people manager and operator.<\/p>\n

What you’ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n

Editorial leadership<\/p>\n

– Run the weekly editorial planning cycle: keep the content calendar sharp and timely<\/p>\n

– Write and edit articles, including SEO-driven content updates and refreshes<\/p>\n

– Sub-edit and SEO-check all editorial content before publication<\/p>\n

– Proofread and quality-check twice-weekly newsletters<\/p>\n

– Curate the Honeycombers homepage<\/p>\n

– Review and approve social media copy across Instagram, Telegram and Facebook<\/p>\n

– Lead and mentor a small editorial team through feedback and workload planning<\/p>\n

– Align cross-functional contributors on priorities and deadlines<\/p>\n

Editorial operations<\/p>\n

– Offer editorial support to the branded content team on client campaigns<\/p>\n

– Prepare weekly editorial performance reports and review priority commercial pages<\/p>\n

– Review design work for editorial accuracy and quality<\/p>\n

– Write internal marketing copy to support client campaigns<\/p>\n

– Act as editorial liaison for ongoing content partnerships<\/p>\n

Events & special projects<\/p>\n

– Manage editorial coverage of events<\/p>\n

– Deliver content entitlements for two flagship awards programmes<\/p>\n

– Collaborate across departments on key editorial and revenue initiatives<\/p>\n

Who you are<\/strong><\/p>\n

– 3-5 years’ editorial experience in digital lifestyle media, with time spent editing or managing a team<\/p>\n

– A sharp, fast editor with strong SEO instincts and a genuine feel for the Honeycombers style<\/p>\n

– Familiarity with Singapore’s lifestyle scene<\/p>\n

– Comfortable juggling editorial and commercial priorities, and confident representing editorial in cross-team conversations<\/p>\n

– Experienced across CMS publishing (WordPress or similar), newsletters, Instagram, Telegram and Facebook<\/p>\n

– A calm, organised operator who can manage people, deadlines and a busy inbox<\/p>\n

– Available to start by 24 August 2026 for a 4.5-month
