In the mood for dim sum? Chopsuey Café’s new brunch and lunch offerings feature signature favourites and new menu items like crispy lobster wontons, orange duck, and more
The culinary enclave of Dempsey Hill has no shortage of food and beverage offerings, but if it’s a sumptuous dim sum brunch or lunch you’re after, make Chopsuey Cafe your first stop. The Anglo-Chinese restaurant by the folks behind P.S.Cafe has just unveiled a dim sum brunch and lunch menu featuring the restaurant’s signatures.
Inspired by Chinese restaurants and hole-in-the-wall Chinese takeout joints, Chopsuey’s menu features fresh seasonal produce and bold Chinese flavours – coupled with unique cocktails and a curated wine list.
Expect Chopsuey Cafe signatures like Crispy Duck Pow! Pockets, Szechuan pepper chilli tofu, and poached crab and prawn laksa. Newcomers to the menu include crispy lobster wantons, steamed chicken and chive dumplings, orange duck, and sticky rice dumplings. Can’t decide? The nine-piece dim sum basket will give you a taste of everything.
Chopsuey Cafe, available at Dempsey Hill and Martin Road outlets.
