The Pelican’s new brunch menu starts off with a rich, comforting seafood bouillabaisse, followed by mains like the smoked haddock and corn fritters, crab omelette, oyster platters, and tiger prawns and asparagus. If you’re already familiar with The Pelican’s classic offerings, you’ll be happy to know that perennial favourites, like the crumbled bleu cobb, crab cakes, snapper pie, Pelican platter, and Pelican burger, still remain on the menu.
But seafood isn’t all that this bastion of brunch triumphs at; sweet tooths can look forward to exquisite dessert offerings like the berry and creme French toast, and the housemade banana bread served with peanut butter ice cream and a peanut praline.
