Executive chef Armando Aristarco’s five-course V-day degustation menu is for the discerning foodie couple. Think briny oysters topped with Singapore Sling granita, melt-in-your-mouth foie gras sprinkled with cacao nibs, purple “risotto” that is made with rice-shaped pasta, cooked in a flavorful octopus broth and elevated with celeriac puree, and a choice of confit black cod or beef tenderloin. For the sweet finale, you’ll be served two deconstructed versions of the classic dessert tiramisu, and one of it will be put together right in front of you by the server. Watch the process carefully as you’re encouraged to do the same for the other one – it’s a sweet gesture for your date.
