Sentosa Cove Designer Collective is the latest kid on the (pop-up) block. Discover new brands, talented designers and lush wares at its debut shopping event...
Flea markets and pop-up shops are like candy to a shopaholic. As the city’s shopping landscape is always evolving with new and revamped malls, fresh stores and unique concepts, pop-ups are great for discovering new brands and for under-the-radar designers to showcase their goods. New to the scene is Sentosa Cove Designer Collective, a pop-up fair on 9 June that will have you shop with a stunning marina view.
Taking over the W Hotel ballroom at Sentosa, the inaugural pop-up will be hosting the local design talent of Sentosa Cove and more under one roof. A wonderfully curated mix of 30 local and international vendors will be selling their gorgeous wares, an impressive range of home decor, art, fashion, jewellery and more.
Treat yo’self to an all-natural collection of skincare by South African brand Africology, give your children’s wardrobe a major update with Hunter + Boo, get beach ready with handcrafted hats and basket bags from Two Baked Buns, sport an eco-friendly leather handbag by Nina Heyer, accessorise with jewellery decked in freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones and crystals by local label Stones that Rock, and many more.
For some R&R, rest those fast fingers and tired feet with a complimentary 10-minute energy healing ‘taster’ provided by Inspiration Healing. Alternatively, you can put your baking skills to the test with a complimentary 30-minute mini cupcake decorating workshop hosted by Baking Dreams by Carolina M.
That’s not all – there will plenty of raffle prizes and giveaways throughout the entire day, as well as family-friendly activities like glitter face-painting for your kids to enjoy while you shop!
