Still not convinced? Well then… read on and discover more about this unique salad joint in Singapore.
Salad that stays fresh all day long
The first of its kind in Singapore, JAR’D offers a breath of fresh air with its novel concept of presenting salads in certified safe Mason jars (hipsters rejoice!). By layering simple yet wholesome ingredients in a specially crafted and tightly sealed jar, JARʼD is able to retain the freshness of its salads as they were first packed. Greens on the top; dressing and protein at the bottom; while everything else goes in between. Time to bid farewell to soggy lunches, and say hello to fresh, on-the-go meals that are ready for consumption anytime throughout the day!
Nutritional variety in the menu
At JAR’D, you’ll be treated to a wonderful selection of salad combinations, available in both 750ml or one litre jars, such as the Tuna Tataki ($12.50/$16), Roast Chicken & Pesto ($12.50/$16), Vegan Zoodle Pad Thai ($12/$15), as well as Quinoa & Feta ($12.50/$16). Other than that, you can also get its specially concocted Superfood Shakes (from $8.50), and the worldʼs first soft serve made from coconut water – Cocowhip (from $6.50).
An environmentally friendly salad spot
On top of promoting healthy eating, JARʻD also cares about the environment – these pretty jars are fully reusable. Not sure what to do with it after wolfing down its contents? You can take them back to JAR’D to be recycled, and by doing so, you get to enjoy a dollar off on your next salad purchase – awesome, and environmentally friendly!
