If you’ve got a thing for crate digging, you’ll be buzzin’ for May’s edition of Katong Square Lifestyle & Vintage Market. Touted as the city’s true blue vintage flea market, book your weekends for some crate digging (Psst… there’s a fresh shipment of 3,000 vinyl records, all thanks to Memory Lane Records). From antiques to bespoke items, dig your way through vintage jewellery and accessories, timeless fashion pieces, kitschy souvenirs and more. You might even bag yourself a bargain!

Pasar Glamour
12-13 May
Due to the massive success of last year’s shindig, Pasar Glamour is back with more celeb closets to raid! This year, prepare to sift through the wardrobes of Jeanette Aw, Anita Kapoor, Aarika Lee, Tracy Philips, and more. Local designers such as Ling Wu, Carrie K., Sabrina Goh for ELOHIM, Max Tan, Ong Shunmugam, Onlewo, amongst others, will also be there to showcase their limited edition pieces. Proceeds made will be donated to charities in Singapore.

Nala Designs Launch Pop-up
17-18 May
Word on the street is that Malaysian label Nala Designs is having a pop-up in Singapore, and we can’t wait. Here’s hoping to shop its range of Asian-inspired, vibrant and colourful products – from fashion accessories, stationery and home decor. If there’s anything to look forward to it’s its latest release of hand-illustrated prints.

Artbox

Besides its Insta-worthy decor and snacks, Artbox is the place for rad creations. Over 400 of Singapore and Thailand’s under-the-radar entrepreneurs and designers will be selling their wares, including on-trend fashion pieces, vintage threads, handmade jewellery and accessories, hand-painted art, quirky thingamajigs, gorgeous home products, and more. Thai designers such as Porky Studio, Moonset and Nokkajib will be making a cameo with their creations, too.

Public Garden

Besides hosting workshops for crafty, creative types, Public Garden hosts an uber cool flea (that’s since expanded to Consumer Trade Shows) that we’ve never missed out on. Supporting local and regional talent, the Public Garden is the best place to find a thoughtful gift. Peep the collection from brands like Paper Forest, Norms Project, Sew Jazz and more.

Sentosa Cove Designer Collective

New to the pop-up scene, this shopping event snapping up goods with a stunning marina view. Taking over the W Hotel ballroom at Sentosa, the inaugural pop-up will be hosting the local design talent of Sentosa Cove and more under one roof. A wonderfully curated mix of 30 local and international vendors will be selling their gorgeous wares, an impressive range of home decor, art, fashion, jewellery and more.
