For one night only on 2 May, Open Farm Community is bringing together a stellar line-up of chefs for a five-course feast.
Perennial fave and our preferred leafy spot Open Farm Community is turning four (can you believe it?), and rolling out the green carpet to celebrate World Gourmet Summit 2019. If you’re game for a post-Labour Day feast prepared by Singapore’s dream team, better book your tickets stat for Food Collective’s All-Star Chefs Movable Feast.
Expect five courses from the Food Collective, coming together for the very first time for one night only. Who’s in the line-up? Let’s start with Tippling Club, BoCHINche, The Butcher’s Wife, Ding Dong and Tiong Bahru Bakery. Drunken Farmer, a natural wine bar pop-up at TBB Safari will be pouring the paired drinks. But here’s a surprise: Open Farm Community’s soon-to-be-launched sister restaurant and Japanese dining concept, Noka, will be giving you a taste of things to come.
The menu will feature braised beef short rib cooked a la minute by head chef Fabrice Mergalet of BoCHINche and The Butcher’s Wife, Tiberias barramundi and green shiso – sustainable fish by head chef Ayo Adeyemi of Tippling Club and scallop cheong fun – one of chef Miller Mai of Ding Dong’s signature dishes.
Tickets are $128++ per pax, including pre-dinner snacks and welcome drink. Add $55++ per pax for wine pairing program that showcases five original alcoholic beverages
