Welcome 2023 with Andaz Singapore’s stunning New Year’s Eve menus. Dine in the sky at Alley on 25 as it kickstarts the countdown with a dinner buffet feast. Get ready for fresh seafood on ice, roast meats such as lamb shoulder and prime rib, and Asian delights including Singapore chilli crab and butter tiger prawns.
