From 9 to 15 April, Marina Bay Sands will be launching its Signature Series culinary event, featuring an impressive lineup of food and drinks – mark your calendars!
Here come the celebrity chefs…
If getting up close with your favourite gastronomic superstars tops your checklist, for three days only from 10 to 12 April, Chef Tetsuya Wakuda will be personally showcasing new dishes and hosting exclusive dinners at Waku Ghin. Be part of a culinary showdown on 13 April between chefs Christina Wilson and Sabrina Stillhart at Bread Street Kitchen, or join them and learn how to whip up a classic Beef Wellington on 12 April. Other celebrity masterclasses include a session of pasta-making with Chef Peter Birks at Osteria Mozza on 15 April, and a seafood-themed masterclass by Chef David Myers from Adrift on 12 April.

With signature restaurants dishing out specially curated menus, we’re completely spoilt for choice. Heading there for lunch? Go Italian at Pizzeria Mozza’s three-course menu which features classic dishes including chicken wings alla diavolo and salami piccante pizza. For dinner, pay homage to the innovative skills of 3-Michelin star legend Paul Bocuse with a three-course French menu at db Bistro & Oyster Bar which includes dishes such as truffled chicken soup and traditional veal blanquette, or pamper your taste buds with a six-course menu prepared by CUT, db Bistro and Osteria Mozza – truly the best of three worlds. Fried chicken lovers, tuck into a four-course menu by The Bird Southern Table & Bar, which presents a lineup of classic American dishes that are downright delicious.

Get ready to party your night away as Marina Bay Sands comes alive after hours at Adrift by David Myers, and The Bird Southern Table & Bar’s Sundowner Party at the Bourbon Bar. Relish a nice view of the bay area? Hop over to Lavo and Spago on 14 April as you enjoy free-flow drinks and dance away at the Skypark After-party.
