Tasty chicken rice is wrapped in a spring roll skin, and pan-fried until golden brown. The result? A wrap that’s crispy on the outside and oh-so-tender on the inside– and just like the traditional chicken rice dish, it’s served alongside bok choy and cucumber slices. Here’s the best part: Chicken Rice Pow!! is served in pairs, perfect for sharing. Or have it all to yourself: we won’t judge.
How to Pow
Slice into the gargantuan dish, and you will find that it’s filled with fluffy jasmine white rice and succulent poached chicken. You can’t miss out on Hotel Jen’s special sauce. Drizzle as much of the savoury dressing you dare, and top it off with a homemade chilli sauce for some spice with your chicken rice.
