Hana Hana
Following popular omakase restaurant Teppei’s opening of Hanare, a self-service buffet concept, Chef Yamashita Teppei has continued his expansion with the grill off-shoot Hana Hana. Located right next to Teppei, this cozy joint is dedicated to the art of yakitori and Fukuoka-style Japanese cuisine (since Chef Teppei’s hometown is in Fukuoka). The good thing is Hana Hana offers a similar lunch menu as Teppei, so make a beeline for Hana Hana to beat the snaking lunch queues at Teppei.

Prices start at $80 for a combo bag which serves 4. Side dishes include mini cornbreads for dipping, crisp crabcakes prepared with shredded crab meat, and garlic noodles for your carb fix.
