You know we like to show you a good time here at Honeycombers, and this city’s original Girls’ Night Out is going to be next level...
Ladies, we’re taking things up a notch for our next edition of Girls’ Night Out, and we’re heading to the rooftop bar at Hotel Jen for all the fun. You know the deal: free-flow sparkling wine, vino and canapes, pop-up shopping and some serious pampering. And did we mention we’ve got some amazing goodies up for grabs throughout the night? Save the date for 11 July, grab your crew and book your tickets, because you know our Girls’ Night Out events always sell out in a flash.
Here’s what to expect at this party…
Our biggest pop-up market ever
Do we like to sneak in a bit of shopping while we chill out with our girlfriends? Hell yes. Our pop-up market for this edition of Girls’ Night Out is our biggest yet: shop fashion, luxury jewellery, unique bags, shoes, swimwear and adult-only toys. Here’s the lineup:
Arium Collection
Arium Collection is a local luxury jewellery brand founded by designer and creative director Julie Kim. Her range of modern jewellery is inspired by her Korean heritage, life as a global citizen and elements of the natural world. Lead and nickel-free, each piece is non-allergenic and made of high quality brass plated in 100% 16 karat precious metals.
By Invite Only
This local jewellery brand is a Honeycombers favourite for its modern designs and affordable, easy to-wear pieces. Using semi-precious gems and plated in rhodium, rose gold and 18 karat gold, By Invite Only’s jewellery is tarnish-free. This online boutique offers handmade pieces alongside a carefully curated selection of manufactured designs.
Carat 55
Carat 55 is a curation of fine jewellery and customised pieces for celebrating life’s extraordinary moments (but we say every day is extraordinary and we don’t need an excuse to treat ourselves to something fabulous.) Think beautiful bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces with diamond and gemstone settings in 18K gold.
Covetella
Covetella is Singapore’s premier dress rental destination, offering an unrivalled selection of designer dresses in sizes UK 6 to 20. Significantly, the brand believes in a sustainable approach to fashion and timeless style rather than purchasing fad-driven pieces. Come try on some ultra-glam dresses on the night! And pssst: Covetella will be selling gorgeous dresses at Girls’ Night Out too…
Just Gaya’s
We love multi-label boutique Just Gaya’s for its super fun tassel earrings and striking accessories by socially conscious brands. Look out for ikat clutches and bags by Frankitas, bold prints by Nala Designs, handmade accessories by Fugeela and jewellery by Isle & Tribe in addition to its namesake collection of colourful earrings.
La Filippine
We discovered this beautiful new accessory brand when it launched late last year, which is handmade by Filipino artisans with the influence of French subtlety. Creator Julia Barba-Baudlot, A Filipino-Franco based in Singapore, brings her heritage in craftsmanship and her background in gallery art to design pieces that are at once rustic and effortlessly stylish.
Lilla Lane
Based in Bali and Singapore and designed by Thora Moss, Lilla Lane’s collection of boho chic bags and leather shoes is a firm favourite here at Honeycombers HQ. There’s a distinct island vibe across this accessories range, but the handcrafted shoes (fantastic flats and perfect wedges) and more than chic enough for city life.
Maison Mika
Born from a love for pretty, luxurious things that make women feel their true self worth, Maison Mika was founded on the Little Red Dot to help women celebrate love and pleasure. Its collection of luxe adult toys and sensational lingerie is absolutely worth exploring.
Melita Swimwear
Founded by Shirley Melita Hill, Melita Swimwear is inspired by countless sun-worshipping, coconut-drinking and sand-covered escapes in Asia and all over the world. Her latest collection celebrates Bali: the designer’s favourite island destination. Expect swimwear separates and one-pieces in cheeky, smaller-cuts with playful prints.
WYLD Shop
One of our all-time favourite multi-label boutiques, WYLD Shop is bringing its trunk show back to Girls’ Night Out. Check out fun Australian fashion labels, get some styling tips and fab service from founder Kara Bensley Austin and her team and experiment with different looks.
You’re gonna get pampered
Express manis: Gorgeous Joo-Chiat based nail salon Boo-Ti Parlour, which uses only high-quality products such as Gellyfit, ORLY, Zoya, Bio Sculpture Gel and Chanel, will be joining us on the night to treat you to an express manicure.
Massages: Xin Hua TCM Clinic will give you a taste of their therapeutic treatments with a stress-melting massage that incorporates acupressure, reflexology and kneading. You’re going to have to fight us for this one.
Makeovers: Make-up artist Valerie Yves, who’s created stunning looks across editorial and for the runway, will be showing you how to explore your beauty and nail some make-up techniques. Remember, spaces are limited and all of our pampering treats on the night are available on a first come, first served basis. Rock up early, ladies!
And snap up some fab prizes
Each of our pop-up market partners will be giving away a fantastic prize throughout the night. There’s a juicy list of shopping vouchers, jewellery, handbags, accessories and private parties to be won – we’ll be giving away $2,000 worth of goodies!
