If you’re all about good food and chillout vibes, you’d best be heading down to Feast at Sentosa this July and August! For a limited time only, you can indulge in a delectable array of dining options, as food vendors will be taking over this resort island with special gastronomic experiences. Ready? Let’s dive into the State of Fun…
A food adventure at Sentosa GrillFest
If you are planning to eat your way through the weekend, then this massive event is perfect for you. From 13-29 July (Fridays to Sundays), Siloso Beach will be transformed into a one kilometre-long food haven with a mind blowing range of dining options. While you dine under the stars, there are live bands and locals acts like The JumpStart, Pam Khi & The One Boy Band and AnchorBlanc, as well as stilt-walkers and percussionists to entertain you all night long.
For starters, Sentosa’s very own dining outlets will be treating us to a hearty spread, including salted egg yolk chicken and waffles, lobster Hokkien mee, Hawaiian corn on the cob, and more.
We’re fans of all things new and this year’s Sentosa GrillFest brings something fresh to the table with Singapore’s second generation hawkers and culinary talents from ITE School of Hospitality who will be plying their trade by adding a Singaporean twist to our favourite local delights. Look out for highlights such as otak fries, laksa mentai soft shell crab taco and barbecued pulled pork wrap.
Held in collaboration with Angliss, the event’s first Gourmet Discovery market gives you the chance to be the master of your own food creation. Simply select your raw ingredients from the market and hand them over to the chefs on site for preparation.
Sentosa GrillFest will be held from the 13-29 July every Friday to Sunday, from 6pm to 11pm at Siloso Beach. ITE School of Hospitality showcase will only be available from 13-15 July.
