Yin-dulge in Sound by Dawn Phua

The session begins with a traditional Yin Yoga practice involving gentle movements and extended holds in poses to release tension and tightness in the body. Poses are mainly done seated or lying down with the support of props. Following that, immerse yourself in the relaxing sounds of crystal singing bowls. Let the sound vibrations bring your mind and body into a state of balance, soothe the nervous system and send you into deep relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels, with no prior experience of yoga required.

About Dawn Phua
Dawn embarked on her journey of self-healing in response to prolonged stress, anxiety, and burnout at work. Opting for a conscious career change provided her with the time and energy needed to prioritise self-care. Encouraged by a friend, she attended a singing bowl workshop, where the soothing sounds and vibrations ignited her interest in various wellness practices.
Having earned certifications in Yin & Restorative Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Reiki, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls and Gongs, Dawn is eager to share her knowledge and experiences with others. Her passion lies in helping individuals to discover tranquillity, relaxation, and improved rest amid the daily challenges they face. Dawn firmly believes that true wellness comes from finding harmony between the mind, body, and spirit. Her aspiration is to create a space for self-reflection and healing for her students.
