Celebrate Spargelzeit (Asparagus season) at The Lokal as Head Chef Max Strauch whips up a German style 3 course dinner menu highlighting this seasonal produce, happening on 27th May from 5.30pm.
The meal starts off with a Spargelsuppe, a creamy white asparagus soup. For the main course, tuck into Spargel Klassisch, comprising of grilled white asparagus spears, potatoes, ham & housemade hollandaise. End the night on a sweet note with a decadent Buttermilk mousse with strawberries & mint.
