Mindful Mondays is an initiative that promotes mindfulness practices to help people cope with stress, improve their well-being, and enhance their productivity.
The program typically involves online sessions that take place on the first Monday of every month, where participants can explore various mindfulness techniques and self-care practices.
The sessions are designed to provide a space where people can find some calm and re-energise themselves. Participants can learn how to develop mindfulness skills that can help them stay focused, manage their emotions, and improve their overall sense of well-being.
Mindful Mondays is open to anyone who wants to participate, regardless of their level of experience with mindfulness. Each session will be held online from 12pm to 1pm and will include a 20-30 minute long practice, followed by group discussion and sharing.
Virtual doors open at 11:55 am and we lock the doors at 12:05 pm to respect everyone’s time.
