
This Lunar New Year, welcome new beginnings with Fat Cow’s Signature Gyu Sheng. Known for its curated selection of premium Japanese Wagyu and customised beef experiences, Fat Cow presents a unique twist on the traditional Yu Sheng, reimagining this classic festive dish with their signature style.
The Signature Gyu Sheng ($68++/good for 4 to 5pax), available from 22 January to 5 February 2025, features a luxurious presentation of Toriyama Umami Wagyu, renowned for its umami taste and refined fats – a result of meticulous feeding practices involving grains, dried and fresh rice straw, and miso. The Wagyu is served with chuka kurage (seasoned jellyfish), chuka wakame (seasoned seaweed), and ikura (salmon roe). These premium ingredients are complemented by white radish, carrots, and pickled ginger, all elegantly dressed in a wafu sesame dressing.
