The Clifford Pier at Fullerton Bay Hotel is preparing for a quintessentially Singaporean treat from 18 to 31 July where Singapore’s most iconic local dish, the chilli crab, headlines the promotion menu.
Joining the restaurant’s lineup of the best of Singapore’s culinary delicacies this month are Sri Lankan crabs, prepared in a variety of ways. Have them at a promotional price of only $19++ per 100g during this period.
Take your pick from in three cooking styles: Chilli Crab, Singapore’s most iconic local dish, the chilli crab, is given the Fullerton spin with aromatic chilli and tomato sauce for a sweet and spicy indulgence; Black Pepper Crab, an added peppery punch to the sweet flesh of crabs; and Signature Tamarind and Pineapple Crab, a version which brings on the wholesomeness with bright tangy flavours of pineapple and tamarind, complete with an Asian spin with rice noodles and Asian herbs.
All three renditions will be prepared with premium Sri Lankan crabs and require a minimum order of 1kg. They are available for lunch from Monday to Friday, and for dinner daily.
