Our Street Calisthenics class adopts a bootcamp-style approach to improve bodyweight strength and tone the muscles. Be challenged by intensive full-body drills and circuits while you delve into the fundamentals of calisthenics. Strategies include plyometrics, strength conditioning and HIIT. Props like resistance bands, blocks, parallettes, and gymnastics rings will be used for different progressions, making the class suitable for multi-level practitioners.
Instructor Haaziq has been coaching for 6 years and has a passion for bodyweight practices, particularly calisthenics and yoga. He also coaches at Singapore Calisthenics Academy and has experience coaching in other commercial gyms such as Triple Fit.
