The epicurean adventure begins with a selection of starters which includes a classic Charcuterie Board with chutney; Cheese Platter served with crackers and truffle honey; and an array of fresh, succulent seafood that includes crab, prawns, mussels, and clams.
Take your pick from an assortment of cold plates such as Smoked Duck served with a green mango salad; Dressed Prawns with papaya and spiced couscous pearls; and a refreshing Pomelo salad with baby gems drizzled with chilli lime sauce and peanuts.
Explore a melting pot of bold flavours through the wide selection of hot plates inspired by islands from the Caribbean to Asia. Savour a taste of Jamaica with the Jerk Chicken Thigh paired with fresh avocado and mango salsa or indulge in the perfectly Grilled Snapper with coconut rice and peppers. Meat lovers will enjoy the Pork Belly served with roasted pineapple and jalapeno, or the BBQ steak served with sweet potato and dark rum.
