Sakura season is coming!
We are holding Sakura Wagashi Workshop on 10 April Sat.
In 3 hrs workshop, you will learn how to make the Nerikiri dough, how to make the fillings, how to dye the dough with natural pigments, how to shape and mould the dough with tools, and bring home with 4 different designs in Sakura theme at the end of the lesson.
Nerikiri is one of the traditional Japanese confectionery. It captures the beauty of the nature in a miniature form. It’s beautiful and it’s full of Japanese culture and heritage.
This workshop is conduct in English, and our instructor is certified by JSA (Japanese Salonaise Association).
This workshop is best for people who love Japanese culture, and enjoy making Japanese sweets.
