On the menu are Pou classics such as Borbor Phek, a comforting fish broth cooked with IBIS rice and countryside vegetables; Plea Trey, a steaming hot dish of fresh and succulent river fish with bean sprout and mixed herbs; as well as Cambodia’s signature spicy marinated chicken thigh served with the tangy and citrus ferroniella lucida, a fruit native to Cambodia. Featured Cambodian products on retail be featured in the recipes as well as throughout the meal—from welcome aperitifs crafted with SAMAI rum to a post-dinner Cambodian Robusta coffee from Three Corner Coffee. Price is $168++ per pax, with an additional wine pairing supplement for $90++.
